    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>~$3,000/Week + $175/Day Per Diem | Paid Daily Transportation from Elko</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a 5‑month mining/heavy civil project in Northern Nevada operating on a 6 days on / 1 day off schedule.</p>\n<p>This role is well suited for operators based in Elko or the surrounding area, or those open to local arrangements, including nearby campgrounds, while benefiting from paid travel time and a strong daily per diem.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Project & Schedule</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project duration: Approximately 5 months</li>\n <li>Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off</li>\n <li>Shift length: 12‑hour shifts</li>\n <li>72+ hours per week typical</li>\n <li>Daily transportation provided from Elko</li>\n <li>2 hours paid daily travel time</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Important:</strong> Company accommodations are not provided.
