This role contributes to ensuring the availability of assets and the overall reliability of the plant (equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, and safety/security systems) through good practices of monitoring and maintenance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide support with the review of all Red Lines and As Built Drawings to confirm accuracy and compliance with original designs and modifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in supervising and completing installation tasks during the construction phase, while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide support with ensuring that warranty and punch list issues are effectively managed during construction and after commissioning the facility.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">OPERATIONS &amp; MAINTENANCE (OM)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the reliability and maintainability of the equipment installed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support the creation and implementation of a comprehensive asset maintenance plan, incorporating predictive, proactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Utilize predictive and non-destructive testing methodologies to identify, isolate, and resolve inherent reliability issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the optimal use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to streamline maintenance tasks, track performance, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Oversee the life cycle asset management of the plant, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of all equipment and systems through strategic planning and maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide input to a risk management plan that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Propose engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Execute predictive and preventive maintenance to eliminate catastrophic downtimes and unplanned maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare supporting documentation for all activities that require a permit to work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
