    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for a Healthcare Integration Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between healthcare systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), laboratory systems, billing platforms, and third-party applications. The role focuses on ensuring seamless data exchange, interoperability, and compliance with healthcare standards.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Core Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Design, develop, and maintain integrations between healthcare systems including Electronic Health Records (EHR), laboratory systems, billing platforms, and third-party applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop and support healthcare interoperability solutions using industry standards such as HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, and DICOM.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build, configure, and maintain interfaces using integration engines such as Mirth Connect and Rhapsody Integration Engine.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop APIs and middleware services to enable secure and scalable data exchange across healthcare platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across healthcare applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Integrate applications with enterprise identity providers using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with enterprise identity management systems including Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure Active Directory.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform message transformation, routing, mapping, and validation for healthcare data workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration and interoperability issues across systems and environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with product teams, clinicians, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather and implement integration requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure integrations comply with healthcare regulations and security standards including HIPAA and GDPR where applicable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor integration performance, reliability, and scalability, implementing optimizations where required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and maintain technical documentation for interfaces, workflows, mappings, APIs, and integration processes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications and Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">1-3 years of experience as a Healthcare Integration Developer, Integration Engineer, or similar role within the healthcare domain.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with RESTful services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an added advantage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and Docker is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity &amp; Access Management concepts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience implementing SAML-based SSO solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication and authorization flows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience integrating with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure Active Directory, or similar identity providers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in at least one of these technologies  j2ee, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, .NET.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, and XSLT transformations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with relational databases including SQL Server, and MySQL with proficient knowledge in SQL.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in healthcare workflows including patient registration, laboratory orders, billing, and clinical documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of healthcare interoperability, data privacy, and compliance requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Good to Have</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on experience with HL7 messaging and FHIR APIs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of DICOM standards and healthcare interoperability frameworks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting healthcare data migration or modernization projects is an added advantage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with integration engines such as Mirth Connect and Rhapsody Integration Engine.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or equivalent healthcare platforms.</span></li>\n</ul>",
