    "description": "<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for an Experienced Technical Documentation Writer who will reinforce the existing team as a part of the Sales Enablement department in the Growth &amp; Marketing division at Graphwise. Our department is responsible for customer-facing technical documentation for the entire Graphwise platform, the development and maintenance of the Graphwise Knowledge Hub as the central application for our sales enablement strategy and the Graphwise Certification program. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Graphwise</span></p>\n<p>Originating from the merger between the tech visionaries Ontotext and Semantic Web Company and with over 200 employees worldwide and offices located across North America, Europe and APAC, Graphwise enables organizations to realize the full potential of enterprise AI by delivering comprehensive and trusted industry solutions in the field of knowledge graphs and semantic AI. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a wordsmith who speaks ‘Developer’ but writes ‘Human.’ As reinforcement of our Technical Documentation Team, you will not just be documenting features but also bridging between our sophisticated products and user empowerment. </p>\n<p>You will collaborate with the rest of the team to identify and address content gaps, either by creating content independently and/or coordinating with subject matter experts. Content creation is an ongoing process based on the strategic priorities and business direction of the company. </p>\n<p>If you have a passion for structured authoring and the ability to turn a dense technical specification into a masterpiece of clarity, and you are located in the EU – preferably in Vienna, Austria – we would be very pleased to meet you.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Main Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, write, and maintain high-quality documentation of our applications, including API guides, integration tutorials, and user manuals for various target groups. </li>\n<li>Identify and reuse existing content assets, while adhering to the Graphwise style guide, best practices, and any instructions and requests. </li>\n<li>Use <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Paligo</span> to manage component-based content, ensuring maximum reusability as well as consistency and continuity of documentation works across the department and company.</li>\n<li>Work closely with the Graphwise Knowledge Hub team and support the curation and maintenance of the Graphwise Knowledge Graph with focus on taxonomies and content design.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with our stakeholders and in particular the product and infrastructure team, as well as other enterprise departments to ensure accurate and technical valid information.</li>\n<li>Distill highly technical concepts into elegant, \"high mode of expression\" English that maintains professional sophistication without sacrificing clarity and can be easily followed and understood by relevant target groups.</li>\n<li>Audit existing content for accuracy and keep apace with our rapid release cycles. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Ideally, you will have</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of professional experience in technical documentation writing, specifically within the SaaS industry.</li>\n<li>A university degree in English, linguistics, or computer science (this is considered a plus).</li>\n<li>Advanced-level proficiency in Paligo (or a similar CCMS).</li>\n<li>A good understanding of Git/GitHub workflows.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with a technical domain centered around interoperable data and AI, preferably with a background in taxonomies, knowledge graphs, and the Semantic Web.</li>\n<li>Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical content into impeccable, nuanced, and easy-to-understand descriptions.</li>\n<li>The ability to meet deadlines, follow prioritized workflows, and assume accountability for semi-independently managed tasks.</li>\n<li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a belief that \"good enough\" documentation is an oxymoron.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other qualifications and experiences that are an asset</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and CSS.</li>\n<li>Comfort using the Jira ticketing system, Slack, and Adobe Creative Suite tools (beyond Photoshop).</li>\n<li>German language skills</li>\n<li>Experience communicating effectively with developers and stakeholders across all organizational levels.</li>\n<li>A genuine passion for creating high-quality technical documentation that engages the reader while simplifying complex concepts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A career development path, through training, hands-on experience, time for innovation, and more</li>\n<li>A friendly and professional international team and a working environment in a rapidly expanding tech and AI company</li>\n<li>Exposure to the latest in AI and knowledge graph technologies </li>\n<li>An organization committed to sustainability and responsible business practices</li>\n<li>A hybrid working model with flexible working hours and benefits reflecting our belief that a healthy work-life balance is a key driver of efficiency and passion for your work</li>\n<li>Up to three days home office per week </li>\n<li>Company-sponsored social activities and additional team building activities throughout the year</li>\n<li>And of course we offer free tea, coffee, fruit and snacks in our offices</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We would love to have you on our team!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Graphwise welcomes applicants of all backgrounds regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, disability, and other statuses.
