Our work initially focused on the entertainment industry, specifically live events and recorded music (SXSW, Sony Music, Universal Music, and Disney Music Group are all clients). This involves daily and weekly communication with some travel to engage and build lasting partnerships.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Team Management</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As Account Director, you will manage a team of Associate Account Directors, Analysts, and Coordinators, ensuring they are delivering at every stage of the campaign. You will also be involved in supporting their hiring, training and ongoing career development as we continue to build a best-in-class team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Strategy Development</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As a leader within our Media team, you will build and maintain expertise in the digital platforms we use, providing insights and analysis on the campaigns you oversee. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $130,000 - $160,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
