      "content": "\n<li>Maintain clinical supervision, including review of student (student/participant) files, and have the ability to perform initial and/or ongoing student (student/participant) assessments.</li>\n<li>Provide mental health structured therapeutic services.</li>\n<li>Provide gender-responsive, trauma-informed, structured treatment services, including implementation of trauma-informed curriculum.</li>\n<li>Provide individual, family, and group counseling</li>\n<li>Provide specialized classes and workshops relevant to the population (including Domestic Violence, Incest Survivors, Family Relationships, other topics as needed).</li>\n<li>Work with the Managing Director to develop and maintain the program culture.</li>\n<li>Ensure the program has family-focused services and is trauma-informed.</li>\n<li>Integrate the assessed and stated goals of student (participants) work in coordination with the ARC/JCOD staff in determining continuum of care services for student (participants) including educational and vocational planning.</li>\n<li>Participate in case conferences.</li>\n<li>Responsible for all aspects of medical, dental, mental health related appointments, including making appointments, follow-up, arranging transportation and prescriptions.</li>\n"

      "text": "Minimum Qualifications:",
      "content": "\n<li>Experience / Knowledge:</li>\n<li>Registered with the Board of Behavioral Science or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)</li>\n<li>Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or</li>\n<li>Another professional licensed by the State of California to provide mental health services in California.</li>\n<li><strong>AND </strong>Minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing trauma-informed services preferably to women.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li>Certification:</li>\n<li>Within six (6) weeks of hire, obtain First Aid and CPR certification <strong>AND</strong> pass a physical examination and tuberculosis test from a health professional.</li>\n"
