The <strong>Sweet Goods Scientist</strong> will be responsible for creating dairy &amp; bakery-related application demonstrations using Mane flavors &amp; technologies. The Scientist will choose the best flavors &amp; technologies providing customer-winning solutions. This position offers the unique opportunity to execute on technical matters while establishing cross-functional teams &amp; presenting / interfacing with external customers to support Sales initiatives. Ensure all project parameters (Project timeline, Regulatory constraints, pricing &amp; technical merit) are achieved.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 12px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;\">Responsible to build technically sound application prototypes utilizing<strong>&nbsp;MANE</strong> flavors &amp; technologies. Provide input to Flavorist &amp; Research &amp; Development teams to create the best possible customer showings.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 12px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;\">Responsible to choose best flavor selections for applications purposes.
