Your main responsibility will be assisting the funding flow of working capital applications, data entry for those applications and continuously improving the process to maximize efficiency and keeping turn around times low. This position requires the candidate to be bilingual in French and English. </span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Due to the hybrid nature of this role, you need to be adaptable within communications and demonstrate high personality through professionalism. Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Submission Process :</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Perform administrative tasks related to the submission of a funding file and proceed with data entry, if applicable.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Audit all documentation to ensure it meets internal requirements.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Conduct verifications on supporting platforms. (ESC, Corporate Registry, Perfect Audit, Salesforce)</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Validate and enter all pertinent information on the submission to ensure proper visibility for the credit department.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Assist in fraud prevention within submissions by correlating documentation.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Determine documentation that causes friction with customers and make suggestions on how to improve.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Sales Support :</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Act as a liaison between sales and the credit department regarding SLA’s and initial decisions.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Support Account Executives to complete the files</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Effectively de-escalate complaints from internal sales representatives with professionalism and integrity.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Work independently within a team to ensure service levels are continuously being met.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Follow up with internal departments on funding status and deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Provide training to sales team to help improve the accurate completion of documentation.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Manage questions and concerns about the application process to assist the reps in finalizing the process.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Auditing &amp; Funding:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Complete funding package with accuracy to facilitate the correct transfer of information to accounting Department.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures tied to the individual loan</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Answer any and all questions or concerns from the reps with regards to their individual files. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Validate all documentation &amp; register the necessary that is required to ensure accuracy of the transaction</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Thank you for your interest in Vault Credit Corp.
