PE licensure in Florida preferred but not required.</div><div><!--block--><br><strong>Experience:&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong><br>At least 6 years of overall and progressively responsible experience with engineering design projects, as well as leadership of other engineers and associates.&nbsp;</div><div><!--block--><br><strong>Skills: &nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, ICPR, &amp; Ponds. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to forge strong relationships within DRMP.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Prior leadership experience, including leading successful teams and projects</li><li><!--block-->Good problem-solving skills combined with a questioning attitude that probes issues and seeks resolutions compatible with the assigned projects.</li><li><!--block-->Experience working on State Department of Transportation (DOT) and municipal projects preferred.</li><li><!--block-->Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering environment preferred.</li><li><!--block-->Scope/schedule/fee development and management experience.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required.</li></ul>",
