Work hours are from 8:30a -4:00p, M-F.</strong><br>Our benefits include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401k with company match, and PTO.</p><h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3><ul><li>Install, configure, and support network operating systems</li><li>Resolve complex workstation issues (PC and Mac)</li><li>Install, upgrade, and test industry-standard software and operating systems</li><li>Administer databases, internet/intranet systems, and maintain secure access across workstations</li><li>Configure, install, and maintain network switches</li><li>Design and support simple computer networks</li><li>Provide additional technical support across wireless networks, mobile devices, console controls, and peripheral equipment</li><li>Support other IT-related tasks and special projects as needed</li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring:</strong></h3><ul><li>3–5 years of technical support experience in a professional setting</li><li>Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (local travel required)</li><li>Network+ and CCNA certifications</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills in an enterprise environment</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Experience working in education environments is a plus</li></ul><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'-apple-system';\">Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is a recognized leader in delivering enterprise IT solutions and services to commercial, federal, and global clients.
