This role is located in Pune.</span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Follow and add to our defined architecture, technology standards, and best practices for applications, middleware, and databases for development&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Work with the team and architect on design, prototyping and delivery of software solutions, helping manage the technical environment (software, data, interfaces, integration), researching new tools and technologies, and help with developing better analytics solutions.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Foster a culture of learning, innovating, and continuous improvement</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Promote engineering best practices to deliver software via rapid iterations and frequent releases</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure timely delivery across all the systems at the program level</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize impact.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline preferred</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">5+ years of mainframe experience&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Demonstrated skill in AI prompting and the practical use of AI tools to improve development productivity, problem-solving, and support workflows</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">COBOL (CICS), JCL, CICS, VSAM</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">MQ</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">DB2, SQL</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Micro-Services Architecture, Scalable High Resiliency Systems, Workflow is preferred.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience in Agile methodologies, either Sprint or Kanban</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD, Agile principles</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong technical and communication skills required</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Knowledge and experience in financial services or fintech is preferred</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;
