    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div data-pasted=\"true\"><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>CNC Maintenance Technician - Field Service&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Join Productivity, Inc, a leader in machine tool sales, service, and automation integration since 1968.</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced, skilled CNC Field Service Engineer to support customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of advanced production equipment. If you&#39;ve worked with Makino, Mazak, DMG Mori, Okuma, Matsuura, or other high-performance CNC machine tools, we&#39;d like to talk with you.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Open to candidates willing to relocate to the Denver, Colorado area &ndash; relocation assistance available.</em></strong></p><p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tool equipment and controls &ndash; primarily Makino and Matsuura equipment. <em>(Productivity provides a company vehicle; gas and travel expenses are covered.)</em></li><li>Perform new machine installations and setup</li><li>Perform repairs and adjustments of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems</li><li>Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance</li><li>Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams</li><li>Use online technical documentation, manuals, and vendor resources to research and resolve machine issues.</li><li>Complete and submit accurate documentation to Productivity and customers regarding machine status, repairs, and installations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>What you&rsquo;ll bring</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>3 or more years of experience in CNC repair and troubleshooting, <strong>particularly with Makino and Matsuura equipment</strong>, is required.</li><li>Ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.</li><li>Proficiency with software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office); role requires regular use of a laptop, smartphone, and various applications.</li><li>Strong technical, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours with frequent travel throughout Colorado. <em>(Technicians are dispatched daily from home to customer locations.)</em></li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>$33 - $40/hour depending on expertise and experience, plus incentives, annual performance &amp; salary reviews</li><li>Full-time, Monday &ndash; Friday, with occasional overtime</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting Day 1</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off: Vacation, Holidays, and Personal Days</li><li>Extensive training provided to support your growth</li><li>Company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and credit card for work-related travel and expenses</li><li>Toolbox and appropriate test equipment provided</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em><strong>Why Join Productivity Inc?</strong></p><p><em>&nbsp;</em>Since 1968, Productivity Inc. has been a leader in machine tool sales and service.
