The Caregiver will assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship and emotional support. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>All shifts availables!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL), specifically but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care.</li>\n <li>Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.</li>\n <li>Administer medications as prescribed by physicians' orders and monitor and document residents' medication intake accurately.</li>\n <li>Assist residents with mobility challenges, ensuring their safety and comfort.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents, which may include light housekeeping tasks as needed.</li>\n <li>Provide regular updates on residents' well-being and any changes in their condition to the supervisor.</li>\n <li>Communicate professionally with families, support services, and coworkers of Homestead.</li>\n <li>Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years old.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Able to pass a criminal background check.</li>\n <li>Experience working with the elderly is</li>\n <li>Able to lift 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Every other weekend is required.</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s license or ID.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to arrive on time for every shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Room for growth.</li>\n <li>Daily Pay, access your pay when you need it.</li>\n <li>Paid time off.</li>\n <li>Paid orientation and training.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision for Full-Time employees after 30hrs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>BNM123</p>",
