This role is accountable for establishing a single source of truth for enterprise data, enabling scalable analytics, and ensuring responsible adoption of AI-driven decision systems.<br><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div><!--block--><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Architect, develop, and maintain data platform, including data pipelines, storage, structure, and access.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Support the creation and maintenance of standardized datasets for business use.</li><li><!--block-->Monitor data quality and address data integrity issues</li><li><!--block-->Maintain documentation related to data definitions, lineage, and reporting processes</li><li><!--block-->Support governance and oversight of AI tools and solutions used for decision-making</li><li><!--block-->Ensure AI use aligns with company policies, regulatory expectations, and risk guidelines</li><li><!--block-->Assist in evaluating and documenting AI-related use cases and controls</li><li><!--block-->Oversee data conversions, migrations, and ensure high data quality.</li><li><!--block-->Supervise and provide direction to assigned team members, including workload management and performance oversight</li><li><!--block-->Work with internal departments to understand data and reporting needs</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate with Business Automation and 365 Operations teams to ensure alignment and proper ownership of requests</li><li><!--block-->Participate in intake, prioritization, and tracking of data-related requests</li><li><!--block-->Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices.</li><li><!--block-->Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li><!--block-->Regular and reliable attendance.</li><li><!--block-->Regularly exercising independent judgement and discretion over matters of significance.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Communicate effectively in-person and otherwise with all coworkers and customers, both during regular business hours and before and after regular business hours, if necessary.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Effective communication and collaboration are essential for this role.
