Lead the analysis of user&nbsp;interaction data to inform design decisions.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain design mockups, prototypes, style guides, and&nbsp;design documentation.</li>\n<li>Lead design reviews, facilitating the exchange of constructive&nbsp;feedback.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative and user-centric approach within the team,&nbsp;encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development.</li>\n<li>Advocate for User-Centered Design processes and mentor junior&nbsp;researchers.</li>\n<li>Contribute to proposals and capture efforts.</li>\n"
