We specialize in asbestos abatement, mold and water damage remediation, lead paint removal, PCB handling, and hazardous materials management.</p>\n<p>We are currently seeking an experienced and licensed <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Asbestos Abatement Supervisor</span> to lead field crews on abatement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, and a commitment to safety and quality on every job site.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Locations:</span> Various job sites across <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MA, NH, RI, and ME</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day operations of asbestos abatement projects</li>\n<li>Supervise field technicians and ensure safe work practices at all times</li>\n<li>Set up and monitor containment and negative air systems</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, and state-specific)</li>\n<li>Complete and submit project documentation including job logs, air monitoring reports, and waste manifests</li>\n<li>Communicate with clients, project managers, and regulatory agencies as needed</li>\n<li>Perform hands-on abatement work when necessary</li>\n<li>Ensure worksite cleanliness, proper PPE use, and adherence to Superior’s safety protocols</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Current Asbestos Supervisor License in MA, NH, RI, or ME</span> (must have at least one; additional states preferred)</li>\n<li>Prior supervisory experience in asbestos abatement required</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of mold, lead, and hazardous material regulations a plus</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret work plans and project specifications</li>\n<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n<li>Physically capable of lifting 50–70+ lbs, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and wearing PPE</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation to and from job sites</li>\n<li>Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, year-round employment</li>\n<li>Leadership role with competitive pay (based on experience and availability)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health, dental, and vision insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">401(k) retirement plan</span></li>\n<li>Benefits available after 90 days of employment</li>\n</ul>",
