Candidates from other disciplines with demonstrable skills and/or experience in quantitative research, data science, and GenAI will also be considered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Experience:</span></span><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">0–1 year of experience</span> in policy evaluation and analysis. This should include some demonstrable application of statistical, data science, computational social science, NLP, and GenAI methods, to policy and social issues (e.g., from academic projects, internships, or personal work).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Experience with Python</span></span><span> is crucial as most of our solutions are built using Python.
