          "text": "<p>As an Associate Client Manager,&#xa0;you'll&#xa0;be part of a team of experienced industry insights experts with the main goal to delight clients; supporting them for informed business decisions through delivery of analysis and insights on industries, markets and consumers using NIQ data with NIQ tools, following NIQ standards.&#xa0;You'll&#xa0;also&#xa0;be responsible for&#xa0;strong execution of the Service Model as well as guiding and coaching more junior members.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Work as a master of propriety NIQ tools and metrics and use these to help solve clients' business questions.&#xa0;</li><li>Work closely with the Account Leads&#xa0;to transform customer experience.&#xa0;</li><li>During briefing sessions, independently respond to field business questions and develop analytical outlines that&#xa0;leverage&#xa0;multiple NIQ solutions into a cohesive story.&#xa0;</li><li>Simplify/visualize data and translate numbers into a compelling story for clients with insightful callouts and actionable recommendations.&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare and present insights/recommendations, using NIQ standards like&#xa0;SCQA and AP. &#xa0;</li><li>Drive customer satisfaction through&#xa0;analyses&#xa0;and delivery of relevant and impactful insights.&#xa0;</li><li>Identify&#xa0;revenue leads in an independent way and take&#xa0;ownership&#xa0;in partnering with Account Leader&#xa0;to convert these into&#xa0;revenue opportunities.</li><li>Execute the new service model.</li><li>Take initiative to remove roadblocks when they&#xa0;arise.</li><li>Lead by example, guiding and coaching junior&#xa0;team members.</li><li>Lead Thought Leadership Projects.</li></ul>",

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
