This Position is Dubai Based</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualification</p>\n<p>ATPL with current type rating for Challenger 650/604/605</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Experience (length/type)</p>\n<p>Challenger 650/604/605 Type rating</p>\n<p>4000 Hours Total time (Minimum)</p>\n<p>1000 Hours PIC Time (Minimum)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Background (Industry, etc.)</p>\n<p>Corporate Aviation required</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Languages</p>\n<p>Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages would be advantageous.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>IT Skills</p>\n<p>Basic Skills – Microsoft Office</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commander/Lead Commander duties as per OMA</li>\n<li>Liaise with passengers or aircraft owner, when an aircraft defect or other operational issue may affect the aircrafts schedule;</li>\n<li>Be responsible for the aircraft IAW EJME OM, depending on aircraft registry, including but not limited to; Operations, FDP and Safety;</li>\n<li>Ensure that the aircraft is operated i.a.w. EJME POM, depending on aircraft registry, including SOP’s;</li>\n<li>Be familiar with EJME OM, company OI's/CMs etc and Civil Aviation regulations for which the aircraft is registered, and operate accordingly;</li>\n<li>Is responsible for all decisions made on board the aircraft; aircraft paperwork is in order before departure; aircraft is airworthy before departure;</li>\n<li>Create a safe and professional environment on-board with emphasis on good CRM;</li>\n<li>Ensure that the passengers travel documents are correct before departure;</li>\n<li>Has ultimate responsibility ‎for the passenger, and that the passengers adhere to FA instructions. If operating with an ISP, the Captain will ensure that all briefings and cabin security checks are conducted by either himself, or assigned to the co-pilot;</li>\n<li>Brief passengers on journey time, en-route weather, possible delays and anything else pertinent to the flight;</li>\n<li>Ensure that the crew are presentable, and that the crew, at no time‎, damage the reputation or image of ExecuJet Middle East;</li>\n<li>Report any abnormalities, events, incidents or accidents, via the correct channels</li>\n<li>Actively promote and support a just management culture</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Character Profile</p>\n<p>Professional</p>\n<p>Flexibility</p>\n<p>Team Player/ works well without supervision</p>\n<p>Works well under pressure</p>\n<p>Very good communication skills</p>\n<p>Proactive &amp; Self Motivated<br></p>",
