  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Supervise, train, and develop Addiction Recovery Technicians across all shifts</li><li><!--block-->Request job openings, coordinate hiring with recruitment staff, and onboard new hires</li><li><!--block-->Ensure technician staff documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with agency policies</li><li><!--block-->Review and manage work schedules and timesheets</li><li><!--block-->Lead monthly team meetings and in-service trainings</li><li><!--block-->Support and participate in annual staff performance reviews</li><li><!--block-->Collaborate closely with clinical staff to coordinate treatment efforts and maintain continuity of care</li><li><!--block-->Support the development and oversight of the program’s admission tracking system</li><li><!--block-->Maintain unit files and essential records: shift logs, admission logs, group logs, safety drills, and more</li><li><!--block-->Provide clinical guidance to technicians and oversee day-to-day operations of the unit</li><li><!--block-->Ensure safety, structure, and consistency in a recovery-focused setting</li><li><!--block-->Communicate with outside agencies, probation/parole officers, and outpatient providers as needed</li><li><!--block-->Provide direct care support and assist clients with transportation as clinically indicated</li><li><!--block-->Serve as point of leadership in the absence of Program Director or counseling staff</li><li><!--block-->Perform all essential functions of an Addiction Recovery Technician, when necessary</li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div>",
