They will <strong>practice precision everywhere</strong> including providing allergy testing and treatment to patients 2 years old and above. They will <strong>share responsibility</strong> with their peers and the rest of the clinical team to ensure the clinic is running smoothly. They will <strong>exemplify integrity</strong> in everything that they do, always doing what is best for our team and our patients. <br><strong><br>Schedule &amp; Location:</strong><br> Flexible schedule, Monday–Friday. This position will float between our Austin-area clinics, primarily supporting our South and Central Austin locations.   "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions.</li><li><!--block-->Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.</li><li><!--block-->Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.</li><li><!--block-->Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.</li><li><!--block-->Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:<ul><li><!--block-->Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT)</li><li><!--block-->Nasal endoscopy</li></ul></li><li><!--block-->Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.</li><li><!--block-->Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.</li><li><!--block-->Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit</li><li><!--block-->Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing.</li><li><!--block-->Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures.</li><li><!--block-->Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.</li><li><!--block-->Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire.</li><li><!--block-->Adhere to standard metrics:<ul><li><!--block-->Testing: 50% minimum threshold&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Treatment: 30% minimum threshold</li><li><!--block-->IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold</li></ul></li><li><!--block-->Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div>",
