Collaborating with other experienced transportation&nbsp;professionals, you will deliver transportation projects of various sizes and funding sources. This is a great opportunity to develop public sector project management skills!</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead project teams to accomplish task assignments related to highway projects,</li>\n <li>Project roles include planning development; urban and rural roadway design; freeway and interchange design; rights of way coordination and management; and public safety, all with a focus on quality.</li>\n <li>Full client engagement and responsibility for all aspects of project pursuit and development:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ability to lead and manage all phases of a project.</li>\n   <li>Develop project scopes and budgets, interfacing with and maintenance of clients, and development of project plans and schedules.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Assist as needed on other projects assigned and work with other Arcadis offices as needed.</li>\n <li>Interpersonal and client facing responsibilities will include excellent, clear, and concise, oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, resources, and presentations.</li>\n <li>Adhere to Arcadis' practices including quality and safety standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Required Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of progressive highway (State Department of Transportation or local municipality) design experience, including PM experience.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering</li>\n <li>Professional Engineering license (PE) or PMP considered with relevant work/industry experience&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Key Attributes</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in and leading large multi-disciplinary teams.</li>\n <li>Progressive highway (State Department of Transportation or local municipality) design experience, including PM experience on roadway design projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain.</li>\n <li>Active participation in regional and/or national professional associations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
