We have a great work environment that fosters individual growth and allows our team to enjoy helping people go green.</p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Conduct a site survey with company-provided tools and equipment.</li>\n\t<li>Document site with a camera using company app.</li>\n\t<li>Effectively and professionally communicate with the customer to inform them of your process and timeline.</li>\n\t<li>Prompt and regular communication with Ion Solar's scheduling team.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Ability to work on a residential roof.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work as part of a team.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to follow instructions.</li>\n\t<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to use hand and power tools.</li>\n\t<li>Proficient math skills to calculate the number of materials needed.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to use ION technology, such as Paycom, FieldPro, Salesforce, and smartphones</li>\n\t<li>Must possess a valid Driver's License</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n\t<li>Basic knowledge of roofing and construction: materials involved, roof types and terms, etc.</li>\n\t<li>Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems and associated vocabulary.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Driving Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>\n\t<li>Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Must be able to work at heights.</li>\n\t<li>Physically able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time</li>\n\t<li>Must use earplugs around loud equipment and wear gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Compensation/Benefits:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Competitive wages</li>\n\t<li>Health/Vision/Dental Insurance</li>\n\t<li>401K</li>\n\t<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n\t<li>Paid birthday off</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><br />\n<span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"color:#7f8c8d;\">ION Solar is an equal opportunity employer.
