The model is used to evaluate energy use scenarios, support requirements development, and inform investment decisions related to operational energy technologies and future platform capabilities.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">The role will also contribute to Herren Associates&rsquo; broader Digital Engineering capability, DIMENSiON, which provides the digital architecture, modeling infrastructure, and integration environment that enables DSM development and supports application of model-based analysis across related Navy initiatives.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-size: 11px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">The Power &amp; Energy Systems Engineer / Solutions Architect will define and model shipboard power and energy system architectures using MBSE methods and SysML-based tools to provide bi-directional requirements tracing, define and articulate system states, and execute operational and energy-use scenarios.
