The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a manufacturing environment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment, reducing downtime, and supporting our production goals.</p><p><strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment used in the production of reinforced concrete pipe and precast products.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.</li><li>Replace parts and components such as motors, gears, belts, bearings, and seals.</li><li>Ensure that all machinery is properly calibrated and operating within safety and efficiency standards.</li><li>Work with the team to conduct preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate maintenance records.</li><li>Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment as needed.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Respond to emergency repair requests and assist in critical breakdowns.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Requirements:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly.</li><li>Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in an industrial environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy components and working with industrial machinery.</li></ul>\n",
