If you’re motivated by hands-on leadership, livestock management, and driving results in a fast-paced environment, this is a unique opportunity to grow your career while contributing to industry-leading genetics programs.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Oversee daily animal care activities to ensure optimal health, welfare, and facility standards</li><li>Enforce animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety protocols across all operations</li><li>Lead and support semen collection activities to maximize production and quality output</li><li>Supervise, coach, and develop team members, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management</li><li>Schedule and maintain appropriate staffing levels aligned to production needs</li><li>Monitor animal health and coordinate with veterinarians on treatment and care plans</li><li>Manage inventory of feed, bedding, and barn supplies while ensuring operational readiness</li><li>Maintain facility conditions, equipment functionality, and a safe working environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience</li><li>Experience working with livestock; bovine AI industry experience preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence performance outcomes</li><li>Strong communication, accountability, and decision-making skills</li><li>Comfortable working in physically demanding environments with large animals</li><li>Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods</li><li>Valid driver’s license required; CDL (Class A or B) preferred</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth</li></ul>",
