This role is based in the area of Pottstown, PA.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Independent Contractor Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Effectively completing a wide range of field tasks, such as property inspections, maintenance completion verifications, occupancy checks and more.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Adapting work methodologies and strategies to best suit the unique demands of each property and task.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Procuring necessary materials essential for successful task completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Overseeing tasks throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment with relevant documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promptly addressing and discussing any task-related challenges with the Home365.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring the meticulous execution of assignments as per defined parameters.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Meeting assigned tasks within predetermined deadlines.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Independent Contractor Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reliable Transportation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid Driver's License</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Smartphone</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Established track record in a comparable field-based role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication proficiencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in independently executing tasks, demonstrating a commitment to quality standards.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Schedule:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Your schedule will be determined by the tasks we assign.
