Recognized as a leading provider by Gartner®, KuppingerCole, and Frost &amp; Sullivan®, Daon is shaping the future of identity security.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Daon has been providing fraud‑prevention solutions to organisations across six continents for over two decades.<br>Come play a part in advancing the next generation of face liveness, matching, and anti‑fraud biometric technologies.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<p>Apply machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision techniques to identity document analysis, authentication, and fraud detection:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design &amp; implement document-based algorithms for use in digital onboarding &amp; identity authentication solutions</li>\n<li>Create solutions to perform identity document authentication, detect tampered documents, &amp; prevent document fraud</li>\n<li>Develop identity document processing algorithms using foundation models or traditional machine learning, image processing &amp; computer vision depending on deployment constraints</li>\n<li>Prototype proof-of-concepts, then develop them into full production-ready solutions</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to deploy algorithms into production and manage long-term improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop algorithm components for cloud, server, and mobile deployment environments</li>\n<li>Test, evaluate, and configure identity document processing and analysis solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply your knowledge in document validation, document capture, computer vision, &amp; image processing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Experience Desired:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate about applying machine learning and computer vision to real-world document and identity problems</li>\n<li>Experience developing and evaluating advanced machine learning and computer vision algorithms</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong traditional machine learning and computer vision background (experience applying these techniques to document processing is a bonus)</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency with modern deep learning frameworks and foundation models</li>\n<li>Experience in low-resourced domains, transfer learning or using unsupervised/lightly supervised learning techniques</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Python skills for research and application development; C++ experience is a plus</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of image processing libraries &amp; toolkits</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Competency in using AI-driven development tools to accelerate the computer vision R&amp;D lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Commercial experience with document capture &amp; validation is a plus</li>\n<li>Experience in data curation, annotation, and synthetic training data generation</li>\n<li>A quick learner with strong mathematical aptitude</li>\n<li>Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within an existing international team are essential</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, a mathematics-related field, or equivalent</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as a member of a team</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken English</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>An opportunity to work on advanced biometric identity, document analysis, and fraud detection technologies</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation &amp; benefits</li>\n<li>Flexible working environment that supports a healthy work-life balance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br>We believe the best teams are built from varied experiences and backgrounds.
