    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Come join our amazing team&nbsp;and work in our Chandler, AZ Office!</strong></p><p>Our Loan Officer, Specialty Products is responsible for selling Non-QM and other mortgages and adhering to company guidelines. Advise customers regarding their options for obtaining a new mortgage. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $125,000 - $300,000+ annually.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Prospect for new business by making outbound calls to company-sourced leads, take inbound calls from mail solicitation campaigns, call transfers from Customer Service Representative agents, and inbound inquiry customer calls. Identify self-sourced customers from network of realtors and other professionals.&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to all phone disclosure requirements when speaking to customers.</li><li>Manage the loan process according to current legal and company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up with prospects regarding documents that were submitted for review, analyze credit reports, income documents, and conduct further research as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Explain various loan products to customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service to every customer during the loan process.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure loans are in compliance with Carrington guidelines, applicable state and federal regulations, and investor requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with operations staff to ensure expedient process of file flow.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent work experience required&nbsp;</li><li>Two (2) or more years’ experience in mortgage lending preferred with some experience specifically in the Non-QM products&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a current Mortgage Loan Originator License through NMLS&nbsp;</li><li>Safe Act/MLO certification required</li></ul><p><strong>Our Company:</strong></p><p>Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending&nbsp;is part of The Carrington Companies.
