Collectively, Hanger employees touch thousands of lives each day, helping people achieve new levels of mobility and freedom.</p>\n<h2>Could This Be For You?</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Outcomes Program Associate</strong> will work within Hanger’s Department of Clinical and Scientific Affairs. This individual will work closely with key leaders in the organization to effectively develop and implement effective tactics to drive clinical outcomes forward within Hanger Clinic.</p>\n<h2>Your Impact</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support development and implementation of outcome-based programs</li>\n <li>Monitor program outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure programmatic success</li>\n <li>Prepare reports on program outcomes and progress</li>\n <li>Present results from outcomes analysis at internal and, as appropriate external meetings</li>\n <li>Support opportunities to leverage clinical outcomes data for value creation within the payer and provider communities</li>\n <li>Conduct literature reviews as necessary to support program implementation</li>\n <li>Travel as necessary to meet with clinicians across the organization</li>\n <li>Assist with ad hoc outcomes related requests at the direction of CSA Leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from the American Board for Certification (ABC) or the Board of Certification (BOC), or </li>\n <li>A baccalaureate degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics, or the foreign equivalent, and current ABC Board-Eligibility in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics, or</li>\n <li>A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., health outcomes, clinical research, rehabilitation sciences, public health, biomechanics, or related discipline) 2-5 years of professional experience in orthotics and prosthetics, clinical outcomes, or related healthcare program implementation </li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting clinical or healthcare data.</li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Success Factors</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of clinical outcomes principles and measurement methodologies</li>\n <li>Strong oral presentation skills</li>\n <li>Possess strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Critical thinking skills</li>\n <li>Demonstrated quantitative and analytic skills</li>\n <li>High level understanding of the orthotic and prosthetic profession</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of MS Office suite programs, expectation of routinely developing PowerPoint presentations and data organization and visualization in Excel</li>\n <li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership</li>\n <li>Demonstrate high ethical standards regarding confidential patient and billing information</li>\n <li>Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.</li>\n <li>Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust.</li>\n <li>Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.</li>\n <li>Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.</li>\n <li>Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Our Investment in You</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Compensation Packages</li>\n <li>8 Paid National Holidays & 4 additional Floating Holidays</li>\n <li>PTO that includes Vacation and Sick time</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits</li>\n <li>401k Savings and Retirement Plan</li>\n <li>Paid Parental Bonding Leave for New Parents</li>\n <li>Generous Employee Referral Bonus Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hanger, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunity in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
