The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IT operations and a track record of delivering large-scale migration and transformation projects on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to the business</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Project Planning and Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and manage full project lifecycle across IT migration and transition initiatives.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.</li>\n <li>Identify, track, and report project risks and issues, with clear mitigation strategies.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors.</li>\n <li>Ensure testing plans, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures are defined and executed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Oversight</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide oversight on infrastructure design decisions and technology configurations.</li>\n <li>Evaluate current-state environments against best practices and recommend improvements.</li>\n <li>Guide technical teams during implementation, ensuring quality and consistency.</li>\n <li>Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and oversee creation of technical documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Documentation and Reporting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation including assessment reports, transition procedures, and lessons learned.</li>\n <li>Ensure all documentation meets client standards and is kept current throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n <li>Support the development of training materials for internal IT teams and end users.</li>\n <li>Deliver regular status reports and project dashboards to leadership and stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Skills and Experience</h2>\n<h1>Must Haves:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder reporting and executive updates.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end IT projects, from planning through go-live and hypercare.</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure or service delivery.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and service desk operations.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Bilingual B2+ English (Spanish)</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Nice to Haves:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP or equivalent project management certification.</li>\n <li>Agile or hybrid delivery certifications.</li>\n <li>Experience managing large-scale IT migrations or service desk transitions.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Microsoft endpoint management technologies and cloud-based IT tooling.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ITSM best practices and IT infrastructure standards.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage parallel workstreams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-FG1</p>",
