Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Snowflake and a strong understanding of data modeling and BI tools, with a commitment to staying current with the latest industry practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities and Duties</span><br>• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries within the Snowflake environment.<br>• Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and third-party tools.<br>• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data-driven business objectives.<br>• Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and best practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span><br>• 2 to 4 years of experience in data management, specializing in analytical data warehouses.<br>• 2-3 years hands-on with Snowflake cloud warehouse.<br></p>\n<p>• Proficient in SQL and familiar with ETL processes.<br>• Understanding of Azure cloud services including Azure Data Factory.<br>• Experience with data modeling and cloud computing environments.<br>• Hands-on experience with Snowflake features like Time Travel and Zero-Copy Cloning.<br>• Understanding of data compliance and security best practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills and Experience</span><br>• Familiarity with BI such as Tableau.<br>• Proven track record of data migration and optimization within Snowflake.<br>• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.<br>• Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization in a cloud data platform.<br>• Knowledge of master data management, data warehousing, and business intelligence architecture.<br>• Experience in data modeling and database design with excellent knowledge of SQL Server best practices.<br>• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both oral/written) with the ability to communicate at various levels with clarity &amp; precision.<br>• Should clearly understand the DW lifecycle and contribute to preparing Design documents, Unit Test plans, and Code review reports.<br>• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Lean, Kanban) is a plus.</p>",
