We believe every child deserves hope, and we work tirelessly to ensure they have the tools and support to thrive.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>\n\n<p>ECH is seeking a passionate and licensed Therapist to join our Family Solutions for Kids&nbsp;program. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. You&rsquo;ll provide therapy and case management services to children and families within their communities, helping them build resilience and access essential resources.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to children and families.</li>\n\t<li>Conduct thorough assessments of child and family functioning and community safety.</li>\n\t<li>Develop treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge plans.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain documentation in the agency&rsquo;s EMR system within required timeframes.</li>\n\t<li>Link families to community resources and aftercare support.</li>\n\t<li>Advocate for children in school settings.</li>\n\t<li>Engage in research and development as needed for cases.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain professional licensure and insurance.</li>\n\t<li>Attend required meetings and trainings.</li>\n\t<li>Travel within assigned region (reliable transportation required).</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>PLPC/LPC, LMFT and LMSW/LCSW, although candidates currently enrolled in a master&rsquo;s level related field are welcome to apply.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li>\n\t<li>Cultural humility, self-awareness, and strong communication skills.</li>\n\t<li>Commitment to professional development and trauma-informed care.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Why Work with Us?</strong></p>\n\n<p>At Every Child&#39;s Hope, we believe in the power of strong families and the positive impact they have on society.
