This is an opportunity to join the 2nd Shift as a Welding Specialist II at the Boulder location!&nbsp;<br>\n  &nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n <strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead Actively supports production goals by maintaining continuous flow on the production floor.</li>\n  <li>Independently maintains CAT record and process certifications.</li>\n  <li>Verifies and maintains accurate product documentation throughout the assembly process including part numbers, serial numbers, heat lots, product codes, dates, and employee signoff.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Ensures product and process quality is maintained through visual inspection and testing as required.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Organizes, cleans, and maintains good housekeeping through utilization of 5S principles.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Takes initiative to troubleshoot and problem-solve production issues.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Enters data into the Oracle system and performs computer transactions, as appropriate.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Actively participates in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), Lean Manufacturing, 5s + 1, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) efforts to help improve quality, shorten cycle times, and reduce manufacturing costs.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Assists in the orientation and training of other Manufacturing Specialists.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Independently identifies work to be done. Proactively seeks work maximize overall product flow and efficiency.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Follows all safety procedures and reports hazards, near misses, and incidents within 24 hours.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Actively identifies safety concerns and takes appropriate action to enter them into Velocity.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Willingly shares skills and knowledge.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Leads and/or participates in organized stretching.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Sets good example for others, is a good role model. Welding Specialist II&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Cooperatively performs additional duties as assigned or required.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the hourly pay range for this role is $31.32 - $37.52 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
