This position serves as the front -facing point of contact for our guests and sets the tone for our guests.</p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Role and Responsibilities</span></u></b></p><ul><li><p>Greet our guests/ clients / fans to our Stadium</p></li><li><p>Provide incredible customer service, including and not limited to gate entry assistance, resolving various ticketing issues, troubleshooting ticket apps including Ticketmaster</p></li><li><p>Treat everyone with courtesy, respect, and genuine kindness</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Preferred Skills /Education</span></u></b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</p></li><li><p>Experience in event ticketing field preferred</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Qualifications</span></u></b></p><ul><li><p>Able to work outside, ability to stand and (and walk) for extended periods of time</p></li><li><p>Efficiently operate Ticketmaster ticketing systems including assisting with mobile app, troubleshoot ticketing issues from the Gates</p></li><li><p>Able to prioritize ticketing issues with courtesy and professionalism</p></li><li><p>Able to troubleshoot and resolve mobile ticketing questions and issues</p></li><li><p>Comfort with learning ticketing technologies and comfort working on mobile devices</p></li><li><p>Must be able to work an irregular work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays</p></li><li><p>Ability to work well in a team environment</p></li><li><p>Immediate availability to work events</p></li></ul>",
