In order to tell the customer experience, one must have a deep understanding of the customer journey.</p>\n<p>Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Experience, this exciting role encompasses the design and creation of powerful narratives on key sectors targeted toward clients. The position is responsible for developing content for a sector/sectors that will leverage inputs from a global team of Analysts and Consultants across Frost &amp; Sullivan’s operations. Content created will then be leveraged for targeted marketing campaigns, social media, and account-based marketing.
