    "description": "<p>Diversified Construction &amp; Design is seeking an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Crane Operator</span> to support heavy lifting operations on a variety of job sites. The Crane Operator will safely operate company cranes to perform lifts in accordance with lift plans, load charts, and site safety requirements.</p>\n<p>We operate multiple cranes to meet job demands, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">15-ton, 30-ton, 50-ton, and 100-ton</span> cranes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We offer competitive compensation, employer-sponsored health insurance, 401k with company match, and Paid Time Off.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Pre-Employment Requirement: Employment is contingent on pre-employment drug screen and background check.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate cranes to lift, move, and place loads safely and efficiently.</li>\n<li>Perform daily equipment inspections and document findings.</li>\n<li>Set up crane properly, including outrigger placement, cribbing/plates, and leveling.</li>\n<li>Read and follow load charts, lift plans, and site-specific safety procedures.</li>\n<li>Inspect rigging equipment and verify loads are properly secured prior to lifting.</li>\n<li>Communicate with rigger/signal person using hand signals and/or radio.</li>\n<li>Ensure all lifts remain within approved limits and stop work if unsafe conditions exist.</li>\n<li>Perform basic preventive maintenance and report repair needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NCCCO certification</span> (or NCCER equivalent); additional endorsements a plus.</li>\n<li>Proven experience operating cranes on active job sites.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices and crane operation standards.</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong spatial awareness and ability to judge distances and load movement.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and focus for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment issues early.</li>\n<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>",
