You’ll drive operational performance, manage P&L, and foster a high-performance culture focused on student success. Manage staffing, training, and performance while fostering a high-performance, motivated team and recognizing employee achievements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Innovate and Execute:</strong>Assist in developing campus budgets and operational goals, delivering on P&L targets in partnership with matrix leaders. Support policy implementation and communication to ensure effective operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Collaborate Cross-functionally:</strong>Develop talent, manage change, and collaborate with leaders to drive consistency. Ensure employees have necessary resources, programs are compliant, and work with admissions/marketing to maximize student enrollment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Community Champion:</strong>Maintain regulatory, licensure, and accreditation approvals, ensuring adherence to campus policies and procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Lead by Example:</strong>Set performance and operational standards, lead the leadership team with clear expectations, and drive business results while maintaining alignment with core values.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Healthcare Management, Business or related field required. Masters Degree Preferred</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong>Minimum 5 years professional management experience within a post-secondary education environment. Experience in an Operations Management role leading organizations with P&L/budgetary responsibility in excess of $10+ million and 100 people.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Deliverables:</strong>Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve business goals and performance outcomes, demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Complex Problem Solving:</strong>Quickly resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment, driving growth and improving results through effective decision-making and multitasking.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Management of Personnel Resources:</strong>Utilize a participative management approach to develop high-performing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage team members and stakeholders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Technology & Tools:</strong>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint to support management functions and communication.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p>\n<p>It’s all about the reputation. 60 years of experience, trusted by 35+ industry leading brands, 16 campuses, 16 technical programs.
