In exchange for your passion and expertise, we provide a benefits package that supports your well-being and growth in all aspects of life.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical</li>\n <li>Vision</li>\n <li>Dental</li>\n <li>Supplemental Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Dependent Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Account</li>\n <li>Wellness Programs</li>\n <li>Service Awards</li>\n <li>Educational Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Fitness Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Parental & Maternity Leave</li>\n <li>401K</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Become familiar with SSCGP policies, procedures, and O&M manual</li>\n <li>Become familiar with CFR 192 subsection I</li>\n <li>Interact with all levels of operations personnel and accept assigned responsibilities</li>\n <li>Maintain positive and ethical relationships with customers, consultants, vendors, and others</li>\n <li>Provide guidance and training to less-experienced personnel</li>\n <li>Design, install, monitor, test, and repair cathodic protection facilities (anode ground beds, rectifiers, remote monitors, and other corrosion mitigation systems)</li>\n <li>Develop knowledge of various above ground surveys (close-interval surveys, DCVG, ACVG, Hot Spot, interference testing, Stray Current AC)</li>\n <li>Perform pipeline corrosion surveys (pipe-to-soil, atmospheric, bond, casings, and rectifier) and maintains records for appropriate Company and regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Demonstrate competency in operating test equipment to identify cathodic protection facility problems and remediate as required</li>\n <li>Develop knowledge of natural gas properties and proper handling procedures associated</li>\n <li>Possess qualifications for Common Covered Tasks as deemed necessary by Corrosion Management</li>\n <li>Inspect exposed pipe per procedure for coating and pipe conditions and document on related forms</li>\n <li>Assist qualified personnel on validation digs to become familiar with the process</li>\n <li>Develop knowledge of SSCGP procedure 70.14.01 and Pipe and fitting leak and defect repair procedure</li>\n <li>Develop knowledge of the Pipeline Toolbox software and its applicable tools</li>\n <li>Develop knowledge of SSCGP coating systems and their applications</li>\n <li>Manage internal corrosion probes/coupons and manage data in PCS with limited support</li>\n <li>Perform MIC tests and document results in PCS with limited support</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervision</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<b>Minimum Qualification</b>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree, related certification, or relevant work experience</li>\n <li>3+ years of corrosion related work experience</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and insurability</li>\n <li>Experience using Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)</li>\n <li>Ability to make sound decisions independently</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to lead others in a team environment</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Ability to assist training team members as required</li>\n</ul>\n<b>Preferred Qualification</b>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous pipeline experience</li>\n <li>Corrosion training/work experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of CFR 192 regulations</li>\n <li>NACE certification</li>\n</ul>\n<b>License and Insurability</b>\n<p>A valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy are required.</p>",
