    "description_html": "<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Based on the expectations of your college or university and the specifics of your internship placement, this process will be individualized in collaboration with your direct supervisor</li><li>Meet with the Supervisor to plan and discuss the day’s events</li><li>Complete assigned tasks discussed during onboarding and daily planning</li><li>Interact with staff, community partners, children and families in a positive and nurturing manner&nbsp;</li><li>Report any child injuries, incidents, or accidents immediately to the Teacher and complete requested paperwork</li><li>Report any personal, on-the-job injuries, incidents, or accidents immediately to the Supervisor and complete the requested paperwork.</li><li>Track your hours using the HRIS system.&nbsp;</li><li>Never allow yourself to be left alone with children</li></ul><p><strong>ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Program Participation and Team Member:</strong></p><ul><li>Arrive on time; punctually attend and actively participate in all required activities, meetings, and trainings.</li><li>Be a respectful, cooperative, and reliable team member and participant in program activities.</li><li>Project a professional work image, both in dress and manner.</li><li>Be familiar with, and adhere to, position-related policies and procedures as well as the program’s overarching objectives.</li><li>Follow Agency policy/procedures for reporting and documenting suspected child abuse and/or neglect.</li><li>Do not bring other children into the classroom while interning.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Code of Conduct:</strong></p><p>Perform all work in compliance with the Clackamas County Children’s Commission Code of Conduct</p><p><strong>Confidentiality:</strong></p><p>Respect and maintain confidentiality of information regarding enrolled children and families, personnel issues, and other program operations as appropriate.</p><p><strong>Training:</strong></p><p>Consult supervisor to determine training opportunities.
