Our team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling, therapy, medication, and guidance to patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Age Group/Range:</strong> Adults</li>\n <li><strong>Practice Setting/Type:</strong> Outpatient OTP</li>\n <li><strong>Part-Time Schedule: </strong>Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri from 5:30 am -12:00 pm</li>\n <li><strong>Compensation Range:</strong> $65-$75 per hour</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Role as Nurse Practitioner:</strong></p>\n<p>The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced nursing care under the supervision of the Medical Director; may also be directed by Nurse Supervisor for the clinic under the state licensure guidelines for Nurse Practitioners; evaluates and monitors treatment of patients as part of a healthcare team at the clinic. May prescribe medication as allowed by state regulation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides initial and annual history and physical evaluation, assesses eligibility for treatment, evaluates patients’ history of dependence on opioids;</li>\n <li>Orders appropriate laboratory studies, reviews laboratory results and provides necessary education, referral and / or follow up services to patients;</li>\n <li>Monitors the treatment plans of high risk patients.</li>\n <li>Prescribes medication for the treatment of substance abuse according to patient need as allowed by state regulation;</li>\n <li>Consults and collaborates with Medical Director to plan and implement care according to Nurse Practitioner Guidelines;</li>\n <li>Reports and documents significant patient issues and adverse events;</li>\n <li>Communicates pertinent information to appropriate members of the health care team;</li>\n <li>Collaborates with Nurse Supervisor to optimize quality and efficiency;</li>\n <li>Ensures that the program and employees’ transactions and activities are in full compliance with all laws and clinic legal compliance program policies and standards of conduct; and,</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing nurse practitioner preferred.</li>\n <li><p>Previous experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, such as outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with state regulatory standards (e.g., 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Joint Commission standards). </p></li>\n <li><p>No history of alcohol or drug misuse for a period of three years before employment</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Designations/Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.</li>\n <li>Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio</li>\n <li>DEA license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Comprehensive Treatment Network</strong></p>\n<p><em>~3,000+ Employees · 170+ Locations · 74,000+ Patients · 33 States · 1 Network</em></p>\n<p>Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTC) division operates 170+ CARF-accredited outpatient opioid treatment programs (OTPs) nationwide, serving patients undergoing treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD).
