The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Clean and prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and priming.</li><li>Apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.</li><li>Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of painted surfaces to identify and correct flaws or damage.</li><li>Perform touch-up painting and minor repairs to maintain a fresh appearance.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to painting and hazardous materials.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to schedule painting activities and minimize disruption to guests.</li><li>Report to supervisors on job progress, completion times, and material usage.</li><li>Maintain an inventory of paints, supplies, and equipment.</li><li>Request orders for materials as needed to ensure sufficient stock.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</em></p><p><strong><u>Required Education, Experience and Skills</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>At least 1 years of related experience required. &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently (and in a team).</li><li>Proficient in various painting techniques and tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality control&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Work Conditions &amp; Physical Demands</u></strong></p><ul><li>Work&nbsp;is&nbsp;performed&nbsp;indoors&nbsp;and&nbsp;outdoors&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;commercial&nbsp;setting&nbsp;with&nbsp;regular&nbsp;exposure&nbsp;to&nbsp;cold, heat, noise, people, and equipment.</li><li>Able&nbsp;to&nbsp;work&nbsp;independently&nbsp;or&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;team&nbsp;member and&nbsp;support&nbsp;managers&nbsp;with&nbsp;special&nbsp;projects.</li><li>Strong&nbsp;collaboration&nbsp;skills&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;works&nbsp;well&nbsp;across&nbsp;functional&nbsp;areas&mdash;excellent&nbsp;relationship-building skills; able to collaborate with various levels of the organization.</li><li>The&nbsp;physical&nbsp;demands&nbsp;described&nbsp;here represent&nbsp;those&nbsp;that&nbsp;an&nbsp;employee&nbsp;must&nbsp;meet to&nbsp;perform the essential functions of this job successfully.</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop,&nbsp;kneel, crouch&nbsp;or&nbsp;crawl; talk&nbsp;or hear, and taste&nbsp;or&nbsp;smell.
