Apply now!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proactively identify opportunities, create solutions and execute plans to optimize business performance.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Functional Leaders to identify and drive Company-wide revenue and expense initiatives that assist communities in meeting and exceeding their NOI goals.</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional service to all customers by providing timely and thoughtful responses to requests, and demonstrate the ability to think from clients’ perspective.</li>\n <li>Participate in and/or provide information and insights for meetings, presentations, and processes that drive NOI including, but not limited to, pricing calls, in-house rate increases, CFO Reviews, and Operations Calls.</li>\n <li>Analyze financial and operational data to identify optimization opportunities that helps drive community profitability.</li>\n <li>May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a finance role.</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree required.</li>\n <li>Able to manipulate data efficiently using Excel.</li>\n <li>Experience with business intelligence and financial reporting systems a plus.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, detail orientation, follow-up, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.</li>\n</ul>",
