Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team at Fellowship Square Phoenix. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff, the Concierge plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality. If you have strong organizational skills, a warm demeanor, and a heart for serving seniors, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer service representative at the front desk and by phone.
Assist residents with maintenance requests and general inquiries.
Operate the phone system and software including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Canva.
Coordinate communication between departments and residents.
Manage resident onboarding tasks such as creating welcome binders and access badges.
Distribute internal communications like daily activity puzzles and notices.
Maintain documentation such as resident photo directories and pest service logs.
Support administrative needs including business card creation, gift shop form updates, and various projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Familiarity with housing, hospitality, and healthcare services for seniors is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be able to multitask, work independently, and handle occasional physical demands (up to 50 lbs.).
