    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The AVP, Executive Director of Good Health Foundation, is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all fundraising activities for the Good Health Foundation. Reporting directly to the CEO of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, this position works closely with Health Care District leadership and community stakeholders to secure philanthropic support and advance the mission of the foundation.</p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Create Foundation policies to support an active management strategy and enhanced brand development.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Oversee development of meaningful collateral to educate the community on the Foundation purpose through story development of District impact.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies including annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and special events.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to ensure sustained financial support.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Oversee donor database management, gift processing, and acknowledgment to maintain accurate records and foster donor engagement.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Support grant writing initiatives and manage grant reporting to secure institutional funding.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Collaborate with Health Care District leadership to align development goals with organizational objectives.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Provide regular progress reports to the Health Care District CEO and Board on fundraising efforts and outcomes.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span>Foster a positive and results-driven team environment.</span></li></ul>",
