This position has broad responsibilities for natural gas pipeline integrity management. The focus of this role is implementing the Company&rsquo;s Integrity Management Plan (IMP), supporting Integrity Management (IM) assessments, oversight of Company&rsquo;s pipeline risk management program, outside forces threat management program, participation in state and federal inspections, and collecting integrity performance measures for annual reporting.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop processes and procedures to ensure implementation and documentation of Company&rsquo;s IMP.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the outside forces threat management program within the broader IMP.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the annual pipeline risk assessment process.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the data integration process within the broader IMP.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and update documentation associated with IMP compliance.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify, evaluate and risk rank pipeline safety threats or risks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Implement remediation plans, measure performance, monitor results and evaluate program effectiveness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and implement strategies to continually improve the integrity management program.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stay abreast of current and proposed pipeline integrity regulations, participate in the regulatory process, submit positions and comments to rulemaking dockets.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist the IM Supervisor with the planning and budgets for pipeline assessments and other integrity work.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with company project execution team to support implementation of IM related projects, including Inline Inspection (ILI) and ILI related dig work.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead implementation and coordination of depth of cover and waterway survey work.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze depth of cover and waterway survey data, risk rank results, and scope mitigations to reduce asset integrity risk.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare written procedures to facilitate pipeline integrity assessments of gas transmission and gathering systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide technical support to Company field operations and construction as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare and present technical reports and technical summaries on projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with 3<sup>rd</sup> party vendors to ensure failure analysis are complete and thoroughly documented.&nbsp;</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Education &amp; Experience Requirements</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor of Science in an engineering field&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 6 years of natural gas or hydrocarbon liquid pipeline integrity engineering experience</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Preferred Qualification</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Professional Engineering certification is preferred</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Other Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong knowledge of planning and execution of pipeline integrity management tasks including ILI and DA, pipeline repair decisions, pipeline remediation, threat identification, risk assessment and records management&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards including applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, laws, and codes, ASME 31.8, ASME 31.8S, CFR 192, DOT, and PHMSA rules and regulations.
