This role serves as a technical, field, and administrative resource, partnering with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, designers, manufacturers, and trade partners to establish quality standards, mitigate risk, and ensure successful execution of Site-Specific Quality Management Plans (SSQMPs).</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The Quality Manager plays a critical role in defect prevention, continuous improvement, documentation compliance, and delivery of high-quality construction outcomes from preconstruction through closeout.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop</span><span> and </span><span>implement</span><span> Site-Specific Quality Management Plans (SSQMPs) with project teams, and </span><span>monitor</span><span> ongoing adherence throughout the project lifecycle.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Facilitate</span><span> project lessons-learned processes and </span><span>integrate</span><span> outcomes into SSQMPs, Quality Pre-Operational Meetings, and field execution strategies.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Train</span><span> project teams and subcontractors on quality initiatives, procedures, and tool utilization (e.g., Procore templates, guides, and checklists).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform</span><span> field checks and work-in-place reviews by </span><span>conducting</span><span> jobsite walks, </span><span>reviewing</span><span> documents/specifications, and </span><span>supporting</span><span> field checklists to prevent deficiencies and rework.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Participate</span><span> in constructability reviews and </span><span>advise</span><span> teams on high-risk and repeatable scopes/assemblies to improve installation quality and coordination.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate</span><span> mock-ups and initial/first-installation reviews by </span><span>tracking</span><span> requirements, </span><span>reviewing</span><span> installation instructions, and </span><span>documenting</span><span> quality guideposts for execution.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead</span><span> quality pre-operational meeting readiness by </span><span>developing</span><span> agendas, </span><span>compiling</span><span> required documentation, </span><span>coordinating</span><span> SMEs, and </span><span>attending</span><span> high-risk scope meetings as directed.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Verify</span><span> incoming materials prior to installation by </span><span>supporting</span><span> material review/acceptance processes and </span><span>resolving</span><span> nonconforming material issues with stakeholders.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Drive</span><span> deficiency management and turnover readiness by </span><span>tracking</span><span> items, </span><span>coordinating</span><span> corrective actions, and </span><span>supporting</span><span> punch list, closeout, and turnover plans with all stakeholders.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Review</span><span> contracts/specifications for quality requirements and </span><span>advance</span><span> corporate quality initiatives by </span><span>capturing</span><span> feedback, </span><span>analyzing</span><span> trends, and </span><span>contributing</span><span> to process improvements that reduce rework.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Essential Skills &amp;
