City Fitness is looking for a customer service champion, a chief of chatter, a first impressions director/ good-day protector, to work our front desk reception and help City Fitness be the best part of our member's day! This role serves as the face of the organization and the initial point of contact for all members and guests. In addition to clerical tasks, this role functions as a facilitator, engaging members, directing requests, and escalating matters when necessary. Specific duties include, greeting members and guests, access control, preparing and selling smoothies, handling cash transactions, answering questions, inventory management, and keeping work areas clean and organized. Qualified candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for fitness and helping others. City Fitness proudly offers competitive pay based on experience and certified qualifications.
