    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>Job Title</strong>: Houseboat Housekeeper Department: Houseboats Reports to: Marina Manager&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Prerequisites</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p>1. Hotel/motel or janitorial experience preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>2. Ability to work with guest in all areas with a positive approach.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Ability to work as a team.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Purpose</strong>: To clean houseboat interiors and equipment, and ensure the proper inventory is in place for rental of boat.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Major Duties</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p>1. Retrieve maid&rsquo;s checklist and prepare maid&rsquo;s cleaning cart. Ensure cart is stocked to perform duties.&nbsp;</p><p>2. Follow cleaning checklist completely and thoroughly.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Report maintenance needs to the houseboat maintenance crew.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Verify all inventory is on-board and clean.&nbsp;</p><p>5. Clean all interior areas.&nbsp;</p><p>6. Clean interior and exterior of windows.&nbsp;</p><p>7. Replace lost or broken inventory.&nbsp;</p><p>8. Remove interior trash.&nbsp;</p><p>9. Always operate with an emphasis on guest hospitality.&nbsp;</p><p>10. Operate equipment with energy conservation in mind.&nbsp;</p><p>11. Adhere to safety policies.&nbsp;</p><p>12. Be present at all departmental, resort and training meetings.&nbsp;</p><p>13. Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (both within the department and in other resort departments).&nbsp;</p><p>14. Maintain a positive attitude toward the resort and the job being performed.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>General</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p>1. Be aware of daily activities and events at the resort.&nbsp;</p><p>2. Be knowledgeable of all resort operations.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Perform all reasonable job requests assigned by management.&nbsp;</p><p>4.
