Advise managers on performance improvement, corrective action, and conflict resolution with a coaching mindset.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned client groups, including sourcing, screening, offers, and credentialing for clinical staff.
Drive a best-in-class onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.

Champion employee recognition programs and engagement efforts that reinforce MCDC's culture and values.
Act as a culture ambassador — modeling and advocating for an inclusive, high-performance work environment.
HRIS & HR Operations
Maintain data integrity within the HRIS, including employee records, reporting, and workflow coordination.
Develop and present periodic HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce analytics to inform decision-making.
Support HR process improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of MCDC's people operations infrastructure.
